Billing and Payment Options
Automatic Payment Plan:
You can have your payment automatically deducted by giving us authorization. Checking account drafts will be processed on the 3rd of each month. You will still continue to receive a detailed monthly billing for your records. It is an easy and very convenient method of paying your bill.
Credit Card Payments:
Customers will also have the option to have their bill automatically deducted from their credit card. Those wanting to set-up automatic credit card deduct will be required to fill out the enclosed form and return it to the business office. Credit/Debit card drafts will be processed on the 9th of each month. Customers can also pay by credit card by calling our business office on a month to month basis.
Glenwood now offers online billing. You can receive, view, and pay your bill

Billing and Collection:
Monthly local service is billed one month in advance. The bill is mailed on or before the 28th day of each month depending on holidays and weekends. Payment is due upon receipt and will be considered delinquent after the 10th of each month. All services you receive will come on one bill.
If service is disconnected due to failure to pay there is a reconnect fee.
Payments should be mailed to P.O. Box 97, Blue Hill, NE 68930. Payments can also be dropped off inside our business office during normal office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) or placed in the drop-box located outside the office, located at 510 West Gage, Blue Hill, NE 68930.
